NE To Receive Millions In Federal Grant Money For Education

Nebraska is getting four-point-five-million dollars to expand its teacher apprenticeship program. The state Department of Education says Nebraska is one of nine states getting money from the federal State Apprenticeship Expansion Formula grants. Federal funding is meant to improve Registered Apprenticeship Programs for all American workers, including people of color, disabled people, and women.
