AP

Two Nebraska Tribes are getting six million dollars in federal funding for affordable housing. The U-S Department of Housing and Urban Development says the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska Housing Authority, along with the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, are getting three-million dollars each. More than 50 new housing units will be built with the money. About 151-million dollars will be distributed for similar projects nationally.
