Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen is seeking to ban lab-grown meat in the state. Pillen signed an executive order in Cuming County yesterday that prohibits the procurement of lab-grown meat in Nebraska. The governor says lab-grown meat is "an attack on our values," and he notes that 95-percent of livestock producers in Nebraska are family-owned and operated.
