Nebraska is suing some of the nation's largest heavy-duty truck makers, accusing them of making electric engines more available than internal-combustion semis. Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers says California has a series of regulations meant to eliminate semi-trucks with internal combustion engines. He says other states are adopting similar regulations, restricting the output of diesel-powered semis.
