Iowan Whitaker Named As NATO Ambassador

Iowa native Matt Whitaker has been named Ambassador to NATO by President-Elect Donald Trump. Whitaker previously served as acting Attorney General for three months during Trump's first term in office. He was appointed to be U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa under George W. Bush in 2004. Whitaker also played football at the University of Iowa.
