An Omaha neighborhood is infested with rats. Local and county governments say they're working on eradicating the problem, while residents say they're setting traps and setting out poisons. Residents say the infestation may have started at a now-closed recycling business near 39th and D Streets in Southeast Omaha. They say trash left behind could've attracted the rats.
