A public health advisory is issued in Lancaster County. The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department issued the advisory yesterday following the release of untreated wastewater into surface waters near Noth 20th Street and Gate Road. Officials say the water flows into Salt Creek near North 27th and Fairfield streets and people and pets are being urged to stay away from the waters to prevent exposure to potential contaminants.
