The Omaha Police Department is launching a new program ahead of the 2025 College World Series. CONNECT Omaha involves police monitoring a network of cameras belonging to the city and private entities to get a view of what's taking place. Officials say the program will allow police to give responding officers a description of someone they're looking for or details about incidents they're heading to.
