Nebraska State Auditor Mike Foley is warning state lawmakers about tax break obligations. Foley sent a letter to lawmakers saying that one-point-five-billion dollars in corporate tax breaks are going to be cashed in over the next four years. Foley added that more than 657-million-dollars of delinquent and protested balances could also have an impact on tax and budget decisions.
