The city of Valley is issuing a water restriction warning. The warning was issued yesterday following reports of discolored water. City officials say heightened demand is straining the community's water system. WOWT reports addresses ending in an odd number can only water their lawns on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday while addresses ending in an even number can only water their lawns on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
