Palo Alto County Iowa authorities are deeming an ethanol plant fire an arson incident. The POET Bioprocessing plant in Emmetsburg caught fire in the stackyard and burned for a week. The blaze caused around five million dollars worth of damage, but no injuries were reported. The county sheriff's office says a ten-thousand-dollar reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of any possible suspect who started the fire.
