Omaha residents are going to be looking for ways to cool down all week. Forecasters say the hot weather that rolled in Sunday is hanging around today, with temperatures that will feel like triple digits. That heat index is only supposed to get worse Tuesday and Wednesday. Residents are being told to drink plenty of water and try to limit their outdoor activities as much as possible. Folks are also being reminded to check in on elderly neighbors during the heatwave.
