Mills County, Iowa, is taking part in a new program to help children fight nicotine addiction caused by e-cigarettes. The Quitline Iowa program is designed to provide children 13 and older with information about Nicotine Replacement Therapy, coaching and free plans to quit. County officials are also encouraging students to join the local Iowa Students for Tobacco Education chapter.
