Renters across the Omaha metro are no longer protected by the CDC eviction moratorium. The Supreme Court ruled that the CDC does not have the authority to issue an eviction moratorium without congressional approval. He's urging landlords and tenants to start the application process right away as it can take several weeks to get assistance.
