(Papillion, NE) -- Sarpy County is giving residents a chance to change their property values in the aftermath of recent flooding. County officials say residents seeking to request an adjustment for their property's assessed value must file a Report of Destroyed Real Property with the Sarpy County Clerk and Assessor by July 15th. Residents can file a report for damage caused by flooding or other natural disaster that took place after January 1st.
