Flood-damaged roads are leading to traffic problems in Elkhorn. Closures have been in effect on portions of Dodge, Q and Center streets since the March floods. As a result, congestion has been reported on West Maple Road and other streets. West Dodge is expected to reopen to traffic next month, and West Center is scheduled to reopen in July.
