Nebraska is still in the top ten of best states in the country. According to U.S. News and World Report, the Cornhusker State dropped two spots from last year to the ninth best state to live in with good scores in education, infrastructure, and fiscal stability. Nebraska was weighed down by two scores outside the top 25 in health care and natural environment.
