Nebraska Children’s Home Society will host its 9th Annual Neighborhood Celebration at its Children & Family Center located at 3549 Fontenelle Blvd on Friday, August 9 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The public is invited to this FREE community event which includes face painting, a dunk tank, a live DJ, carnival games, raffles, free backpacks stuffed with back-to-school supplies, and free food!
Children and Family Center Program Director Maria Nielsen and Program Resource Specialist Katie Konold join Mike Hogan "Live & Local" to talk about the event, the mission of the organization, and the wonderful facility they've been in since 1924!
