UNO's Midwest Entrepreneurship Conference Returns for 2015

UNO’s Fourth Annual Midwest Entrepreneurship Conference takes place April 10th and 11th at The KANEKO.

Dale Eesley, Director of the Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Franchising, says the conference is made up entirely of keynote speakers.

He says the focus is on bringing entrepreneurial talks to college students and early stage young professionals.

Eesley says guest speakers will talk about their failures and successes in running start-up companies.

"This conference is inspiring and empowering. And although the speakers speak for a short amount of time, there is a lot of time to then offline spend time with them and learn from them and develop connections that could be useful long-term.  I am really looking forward to the students being able to network with the speakers and other members of the community who come to attend the event.”

The Midwest Entrepreneurship Conference takes place April 10th and 11th at the KANEKO, 1111 Jones Street.  The event runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day.  Eesley says a full list of speakers is available online.
