A group of Omaha residents is speaking out against the city's proposed new solid waste contract. More than 25 people voiced their opposition to the mayor's proposed contract during yesterday's Omaha City Council meeting. The proposed deal with FCC Environmental is eight-million-dollars more expensive than Omaha's current solid waste contract.
