Wells Fargo Family Festival is this Sunday

This Sunday, the Wells Fargo Family Festival offers the community the opportunity to visit six different venues across the downtown area.

Michaela Patterson, a District Manager for Wells Fargo, says the event takes place from Noon to 5:00 and all venues will offer free admission and family activities.

Patterson says a free trolley service will run among the six venues which include the Omaha Children’s Museum, the Omaha Mounted Patrol Barn and the W. Dale Clark Library.

"And then we can move down to the Children’s Museum.  There are a lot of different museum exhibits down there and they’ve also got some free amazing science shows that will be up in the science theater.  Outside the police barn, we will be doing stagecoach rides on the official Wells Fargo stagecoach.  Onto the library then.  We are going to have storytelling.  And we will have a limited supply of the book ’If You Give a Mouse a Cookie’”

Patterson says the other venues participating in the Family Festival are the Joslyn Art Museum, The Durham Museum and Wells Fargo.
