Omaha Symphony Moves Free Concerts Indoors, Dani Meier Chats on Playing COVID Safe, Live Music Again

Due to forecasted cold weather, the previously scheduled free outdoor Omaha Symphony performances at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3 and Sunday, Oct 4 will now be held indoors at the Holland Performing Arts Center Peter Kiewit Concert Hall.

Dani Meier, Vice President of Artistic Administration and a member of the bass section, joined Mike Hogan on KIOS-FM to chat about the thrill of getting together and playing live music again.

Both performances will remain free and open to the public, but the events will now require that audiences RSVP via free ticket reservation.  It is recommended that attendees reserve their ticket ahead of time. Tickets may be reserved online at ticketomaha.com, by calling Ticket Omaha at (402) 345-0606, or through the Ticket Omaha app.
