Iowa Gov's Pandemic Response Sinks Her Approval Rating

Doctors across Iowa are urging Governor Kim Reynolds to enact a statewide face mask mandate.  WHO-TV reports dozens of medical professionals gathered on the steps of the State Capitol Saturday and presented data they say proves masks can slow the spread of coronavirus.  Iowa is one of only three states in the country that don't have some sort of mask mandate. A new study shows a majority of Iowans disapprove of Governor Kim Reynolds' handling of the coronavirus pandemic.  According to numbers from Northeastern, Harvard, Rutgers, and Northwestern Universities, only 28 percent of Iowans approve of Reynolds' job.  That's the lowest approval rating of any governor in the country.  Reynolds' coronavirus approval rating was 52 percent back in April.
