Maha Festival Bringing Live Music to the Omaha RiverFront with Local, National, and Worldwide Bands

-

Since 2009, Maha Festival has welcomed hundreds of music acts, dozens of speakers, and attendees from all 50 states. In 2025, the festival moved to the downtown Omaha RiverFront.

This year, the annual Maha Festival is back downtown at Heartland of America Park on Saturday, August 8. Festival grounds will be open from 12 p.m. until the end of show at 11 p.m. The full-day event features headliners Wet Leg and Bright Eyes, alongside Killer Mike, Blondshell, Whitney, David Nance & Mowed Sound, and Carver Jones.

Maha Festival Board Chair, TJ Twit, chatted with Mike Hogan on 91.5 KIOS-FM’s “Live & Local” program about the festival, the variety of acts, the food truck and parking opportunities, and much more.

More information on tickets, maps, parking, as well as bus and rideshare schedules can be found at https://mahafestival.com/.
