Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden will be in Iowa tonight to participate in a CNN town hall. It's taking place at Grinnell College and it begins at 8:00. The former vice president will first hold a town hall on veterans issues today at 4:00 in Oskaloosa. It'll be at William Penn University's Musco Technology Center Atrium.
