The new parking garage at Eppley Airfield is about to open. Officials say the first two floors of the 70-million-dollar structure will open today along with a rental car counter. The rest of the three-thousand-space parking garage will open to the public later this month. The opening of the new garage will allow the airport to end its temporary shuttle bus system to get air travelers from their rental cars to the terminal.
