In GM's Payout Plan, End Of The Road Is A Long Way Off
Kenneth Feinberg, who also oversaw the Sept. 11 victims fund, is administering the compensation plan for victims of General Motors' ignition switch defect. GM Recalls Another 8.5 Million Vehicles
