Five University of Nebraska―Lincoln students announced the creation of “The Civility Effect,” a communication campaign aimed at promoting civility, a topic that 93% of the public believes to be a major problem, according to a recent report from global PR firm Weber Shandwick.
Emerson Belitz is the Project Manager for the Bateman team, and Amanda Barker is the Deputy Executive Director + Director of Civic Health at Civic Nebraska. They spent some time with Mike Hogan on “Live & Local” to discuss the project and the hoped for results in this two-part interview.
