Omaha World Herald

The Open Door Mission in Omaha is one of the first homeless shelters in the country to vaccinate staff and residents against the coronavirus.  The Douglas County Health Department and Nebraska Methodist College teamed up yesterday to provide 70 doses at the shelter.  Officials say the Open Door Mission has seen COVID-19 infection rates of less than one-percent among its residents.
