We visit the Heart Ministry Center at 2222 Binney Street in North Omaha to check out the amazing work they are doing in the community.

Special thanks to Damany Rahn for taking the time to share all the things the Heart Ministry Center is doing, for showing me around the Heart Ministry Center facilities, and to all the wonderful people I met there working to make Omaha a great place for all.

David Koesters

David first started broadcasting at his hometown radio station in Holdrege, Nebraska while still in high school. He went on to earn journalism and law degrees from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, served as an officer in the U.S. Army, and has worked for radio and television stations across the United States. He is a big advocate for community media and loves being a part of the local fabric of NPR. He also has a cat, Pickles.
