A small string or wind ensemble from the Omaha Symphony will perform music chosen around a theme at various branches of the Omaha Public Library throughout the month. Genealogy Week
Celebrate Genealogy Week with the Omaha Public Library. It kicks off with an in-person program sharing the real-life stories of the Orphan Trains on Sunday, March 3rd, from 2-3:15pm at the Genealogy & Local History Room at 3020 S. 84th St. in Omaha. There will also be open-house genealogical activities and displays throughout the week, culminating in National Genealogy Day on March 9. Also, Courtney Kilroy tell us about the book A Psalm for the Wild Built by Becky Chambers.
