For the fifth consecutive year, the Omaha Public Library Foundation will host its annual fundraiser featuring a celebrated author. Between the Lines with Amy Thielen will take place on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at the Institute for the Culinary Arts on the Metro Community College Fort Omaha Campus. 

Sara Croll has taught students for more than a decade.  She introduces us to a program in which "Student Teaming" is used as a tool by which children learn how to challenge themselves and each other to foster more effective learning.  Sara chats with Mike Hogan on "Live & Local" about how this process works.  More information can be found at www.LearningSciences.com.
